Processing time - from the moment your order is confirmed, we have up to 4 business days to process your order and prepare for shipment.

Shipping time - The delivery time begins from the end of the processing time.

What is our shipping time?

The estimated arrival time of the product is up to 27 business days in Europe. And another 7 business days for other destinations.

At the same time, we need to note that in Europe at least, we will try to surprise you and deliver the product even in half the indicated time. The time stated above refers to a situation in which we will not surprise you.

We will indicate specific arrival days in the product description in some of the products.

It is also essential for us to note that there are destinations to which we do not ship products. If you have placed an order for such a destination, you will receive a notification from us, and your money will be refunded in full.

When a business ships products worldwide, some factors are not always up to us (for example. customs in your country and specific shipping regulations). Therefore, we need to emphasize the delivery days as stated - estimated - relevant until the product arrives in your country. Moreover, all the indicated shipping days are an estimate.
